Complement Factor H Antibody (GAU 018-03-02) in ELISA

Communications biology 2022 - Fig. 4 MFHR13 structure and sequence characterization. a Coomassie staining of purified MFHR1 I62 and MFHR13 via Ni-affinity and anion exchange chromatography. Samples were separated on SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. b Semi-quantitative western blot of MFHR1 V62 , MFHR1 I62 , and MFHR13 under reducing conditions and detected with anti-His-tag antibodies. A calibration curve was obtained with MFHR1 V62 ... View More {{ $ctrl.currentElement.advancedVerification.fullName }} validation info. View more

Product Specific Information

GAU 018-03-02 detects factor H in human samples.

GAU 018-03-02 has been successfully used in ELISA and Western blot procedures. GAU 018-03-02 can be used as a capture antibody in sandwich ELISA with GAU 020-03-02 as detection antibody. This antibody pair is specific for the ~150 kDa factor H protein.

Target Information

Factor H is a serum protein acting as an inhibitor in the complement activation system. I activates the C3/C5 convertase by dissociating its subunits and also acts as a cofactor for the enzyme activity of Factor I.

For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. Not for resale without express authorization.
